No pets. Only service pets allowed at Landmark Resort. Fine $500 please use the parking tag on your car while you stay at Landmark Resort. Also, if you would like to use inside and outside pools from the seaside, there are all the pools but waterpark. Please wear wristbands that you can find on the table. Treat this like it is your personal home, not a hotel or party house. If you do that, the below is common sense.. NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING, NO PETS (if we find you were smoking or brought pets, there will be a damages fee of $500). No loud noise between 10pm-8am. Please do not accidentally pack house belongings, they are inventoried and will be charged, Host will be available by messaging/txt between 9AM and 9PM. Limited emergency phone services are available after hours. Late arrival is permitted. However Guest agrees that access issues are Guest's responsibility after 9PM. No refunds will be provided for Guest's failure to verify they have the door code prior to 4PM on arrival day. There will be no refunds for late check-in due to delays ir cleaning or maintenance. Every effort is made to prepare units on time. However, delays can occur depending upon circumstances. Guest can assist cleaners in preparing for next guests by following check-out instructions and checking out on time. Late checkout without written permission from Host will result in a charge of 2x the average nightly rate for the time the guest is staying. If this results in a cancellation of a subsequent reservation, the guest will be liable to reimburse the host for all of the lost revenue due to the cancellation. Guests hereby acknowledge and grant specific permission to Manager, Owner or their Staff to enter premises at any time for inspection or maintenance purposes. A refusal to allow these people into the property is grounds for termination of the remainder of your rental period and money. Daily maid/towel/linen services are not provided Keycards and Keys: A lost key or keycard willresult in a $50 fee. We are not local and have to pay our local maintenance to replace these. Please take care of the keys and keycards so you do not loose them and have to pay a fee Do not re-arrange the furniture. Damaged furniture (for any reason) will result in replacement charges. If 1 part of a matched set cannot be replaced, the guest agrees to replace the full set. PRIOR TO CHECKOUT, the guest will wash their dishes, empty the refrigerator, pick up all visible debris from the floors and furniture, and bag all trash. Any trash ir excess of 1 bag per can will be removed to designated trash areas for the building. If the unit has a dishwasher, only dishwasher detergent will be used in it (not liquid dish soap). The guest will be responsible for the cost of repairs if improper dish soap is used in a dishwasher. The guest will set wall air conditioners to 69 degrees OR standard thermostats to 73 degrees prior to leaving and will leave drapes open All Guests staying in properties must be at least 21 years of age if not accompanied by a parent or guardian The renter HAS READ THE LISTING CAREFULLY and will have access to only those amenities listed in the advertisement to which he/she responded and will not attempt to access locked areas of the unit or building/ resort. The host is not responsible for the guest's failure to read the listing description regarding amenities and guest access, and no refunds will be given for this. If the owner/manager does not hear from the renter by 9pm on the evening of arrival, it will be assumed that the unit is acceptable to the renter and in good condition. If a guest has a cleaning or maintenance issue, they will give the manager the opportunity to correct the issue in a reasonable amount of time during normal business hours. No compensation will be provided for issues where reasonable efforts have been made to correct the problem, where the guest fails to report the problem in a timely fashion, or where the guest refuses to allow the manager to correct the problem The owner/manager is not liable and there will be nd compensation for failures of appliances, electronics utility outages/issues, pools, hot tubs, amenities. elevators, building mechanicals, fabric stains, for Weather related issues or evacuations, or for any cancellations or closures of amenities, events, or area businesses. To the extent that any of these issues are in the control of the host or owner, every reasonable effort will be made to assure that appliances and décor will be and remain in good working order. The renter assumes all risk involved with use of this condo, the balcony (if applicable), and all other areas of the resort property or association grounds for the renter and all persons, including minor children, entering the property. The renter agrees to save, indemnify and hold narmless the owner, property manager, resort homeowner's association, contractors, their respective nsurers, and any animals owned by any of those entities for any/all loss, damage, expense, penalty, personal injuries (including death), or loss of property sustained by any person whatsoever as a result of the use of any portion of the premises or surrounding area of the property. The renter assumes full responsibility for all person's entering the premises during the renter's contracted time of stay. Important Notice: The Waterpark and Lobby Coffee Shop in the Landmark Resort main building are not available to our guests. You will have full access to all indoor and outdoor pools located on the ocean side of the resort. Outside, enjoy the expansive oceanfront pool deck featuring a large pool, whirlpool, and a seasonal 300-foot lazy river ride. Indoor Pool: Heated year-round, this spacious pool features a vaulted ceiling and a beautiful dolphin fountain—perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy any time of year. Indoor Lazy River: For a relaxing shade option, float along the heated 300-foot indoor lazy river that winds through the pool complex. Indoor Whirlpools: There are five indoor whirlpools where you can unwind year-round—great after a long day or a long drive!
