This condo features two private bedrooms with doors, including a king-size bed and a full-size Murphy bed, plus a loveseat sofa and two bathrooms. In the drawer, you’ll find extra pillows and a selection of games. The bathrooms are stocked with a hairdryer and all essential supplies for your comfort.

House Rules & Important Information No pets allowed. Only service animals are permitted at Landmark Resort. A $500 fine will be charged for unauthorized pets. Please display the parking tag on your vehicle during your stay. You have access to all indoor and outdoor pools on the ocean side (except the waterpark). Please wear the wristbands provided on the table. Treat this condo like your personal home—not a hotel or party house. Common Sense Rules: No parties, no smoking, no pets. Violations will result in a $500 damage fee. Keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please do not accidentally take any house belongings; all items are inventoried and charges will apply for missing items. Communication & Check-in: Host is available via message or text between 9 AM and 9 PM. Limited emergency assistance is available after hours. Late arrivals are allowed, but after 9 PM, guests are responsible for their own access. No refunds will be issued if you fail to obtain your door code before 4 PM on arrival day. No refunds for late check-ins caused by cleaning or maintenance delays. Every effort is made to prepare the unit on time. Checkout & Fees: Checkout on time to avoid delays for incoming guests. Late checkout without written permission will incur a fee of twice the average nightly rate for the extra time. If this causes a cancellation of a future reservation, the guest will be responsible for lost revenue. Lost keys or keycards will incur a $50 replacement fee—please take care of them. Property Care: Do not rearrange furniture. Damages or missing items will be charged at replacement cost. If one piece of a matched set cannot be replaced, the full set must be replaced. Before checkout, please wash dishes, empty the refrigerator, pick up visible debris, and bag all trash. Excess trash will be removed to designated areas. Use only dishwasher detergent in the dishwasher—not regular dish soap (which can cause damage). Guests are responsible for repair costs if improper soap is used. Set wall air conditioners to 69°F or thermostats to 73°F and leave drapes open before leaving. Guest Requirements: All guests must be at least 21 years old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Guests agree to access only the amenities listed in the booking and not to enter locked areas. No refunds for misunderstanding amenities or access. Maintenance & Inspections: The owner, manager, or staff may enter the unit anytime for inspection or maintenance. Refusal may result in termination of your stay without refund. Daily maid, towel, and linen services are not provided. Liability & Risks: Guests accept all risks related to the condo, balcony, and resort property, including minor children and any injuries or damages. Guests agree to hold harmless the owner, manager, resort association, contractors, and their insurers from any claims or losses. Cancellation Policy: By booking, guests acknowledge and agree to the cancellation policy listed. Travel insurance is highly recommended at the time of booking.
